Wayfarer is a personal and experimental dive into the UK breakbeat and rave-inspired sounds I’ve been obsessed with lately. It’s four tracks that move (both physically and emotionally) blending funky house rhythms, syncopated breaks, and rich analog synth textures.

Eclipse kicks off with an aura of that of a sunrise, while Howls closes things out as its sister track, built from the same sample, but flipped into something darker and more reflective. I found this incredible instagram reel of a man singing in an African language in a large hall and built the songs around it. 

Lessons In Chemistry is an emotive funky house tune at a slightly faster tempo, keeping true to the Pure Colors groove, and Move Ya Body is just that — an absolute dancefloor banger brimming with soul and feels.

This EP was made to reward deep listening. I wanted it to feel like a journey for wherever you are in life right now.
