About The Release

The 'Rona Project is a journey that started Thursday, December 12, 2019, that sparked immediate transformation on Monday, December 30, 2019. During this time, I began to chip away at rough edges, doing inner work, meditating, critically self-reflecting; doing anything to right my wrongs, hold myself accountable, trying to do whatever is needed for me to heal and transcend into a better person. Burning incense, incense cones, oils, using an oil diffuser, journaling, exercising, drinking water, eating healthy (Vegan/Raw Vegan), and recording music. When it was too late, I noticed one key piece was missing...patience.
