In NYC's vibrant landscape, Rodney Hazard faced a pivotal moment. Amidst towering skyscrapers, he felt the city's weight, turning to his art for solace. Fueled by electronic, lo-fi, and amapiano, he poured his soul into "Love Me Back," 

Rodney Hazard is releasing his album, "Love Me Back", on September 12th, 2024. Electronic, lo-fi, and amapiano sounds will be infused into the album, as Rodney deconstructs himself as a black man, an artist, and a human being. The album will speak to the deepest desires in his life for recognition and connection based on the rich tapestry of sound and emotion. Songs like "Don't Worry" and "Lift Me Up" pack a punch, while "Nowhere" is a fusion with Afrobeats/electronic music that makes one feel like they're flying. "Love Me Back" takes listeners through an emotional journey of freedom, finding the self, and turning the struggles of life into a call for understanding and connectivity.
