This EP is Kobierich's first independent release as a singer songwriter of over 13 years. This project showcases the experience as well as the rawness and hunger of an introverted, but passionate artist. The project reflects his cultural background as a Moorish American of Ghanaian descent with the afro vibes and spiritual perspectives laced throughout each record. There's also an air of nostalgic 2000's R&B tones with vocal samples and and catchy bridges. Kobierich also brings his pen to this project with some rap elements seeded throughout the project. Overall what is most defining about this project is the vulnerability on the project. It's rough around the edges and hollow at times to convey the feeling of solitude. Most of the songs are calling out for a specific muse but the records themselves are statements of self acceptance. Love starts within, accepting that you are seeking Love. Then you may receive it.
