In 2021, during the Covid Pandemic, I worked for a company that failed to take precautions to prevent or at least minimize Covid exposure and contact. So, once companies were able to have employees return to work, the company required employees to do so without also requiring them to take any precautions. It didn't even take a week before my team was informed that we'd all been exposed to Covid and couldn't return to work. 3 days later, I was admitted to the hospital just the night before I was scheduled to visit a Covid testing site; had I not been taken to the hospital that night, I would've died. It took almost a month and a half for the hospital's staff to help me fight off my Covid infection and it didn't help that Covid-related Pneumonia developed in my right lung, creating a dollar coin size whole in it, which led to me becoming infected with MRSA in that same lung. I was placed on a ventilator for a week, which saved my life, ironically. In recovery, I finished this album.
