This song was written in honor of Tyler Hilinski — a teammate, a brother, son, and a light in so many lives who took his own life in 2018. Pick Up the Phone is more than a tribute; it's a reminder to reach out, to listen, and to be there. Inspired by the weight of loss and the power of connection, this track is dedicated to every person who struggles silently. All proceeds from this release will be donated to Hilinski’s Hope Foundation, which works to raise awareness and fund mental health programs for student-athletes nationwide. Tyler's story continues to impact lives, and I hope this song helps carry his legacy forward with compassion, purpose, and hope.
