ON NOTICE was birthed from a conversation Emanuel and Cotto were having in the studio on how they felt disrespected as artists and not taken seriously. Even though they have gained some type of respect within the industry. We felt as if we should speak on how we see people don't accept us, try to minimize us, even though we are working hard.
