In an alternate universe, Brooklish traverses the streets of a bustling NYC, attempting to reconcile the consequences of a recent breakup. As he drives, he listens to New York's queen of radio, LOLA.FM. The later it gets, LOLA slowly starts to seep from behind the speakers and into his reality, causing him to lose sense of what is real. Brooklish sets the scene with the opening track "DayDreaming," a dreamlike soundscape, detailing encounters with woman of his affection. Braggadocio and swag follow on tracks like "Cool Han Lue" and the revisited popular single "Loose". As the album delves into the surreal, there's a sexy turn, where the Brooklyn emcee experiments with lush vocals on the seductive "Sailor Moon." The most poignant parts come at the crescendo of the album, "Jodd's Opera" where Brooklish must confront the true nature of his emotions, and identify what he truly wants.
