With an album intro like "Ghetto Luxury," ROB.DOE begins the journey on the road to Ghetto Luxury at the end -- expressing how he evolved through poverty, made it out, and where he is in the present moment. "Came straight out of poverty, my flowers need pottery. I'm the man now." 
Following "Ghetto Luxury", "19TH WARD" presents a poetic journey, by thefairymermaid, paying homage to the ghetto luxurious community that once was, in hopes that it doesn't become a lost art. Speaking to the light & luxuries that were found within the  darkness of the ghettoes, she asks this question to open doors to leave the poverty mindset behind: What is Ghetto Luxury to you?
