Breathe Slow is my return from a hiatus I've taken from music due to physical and mental health struggles. It's a fun combination of acoustic horns, enticing vocals, rhythms that make you move, and a story to tell over a dynamic arrangement

Over the past couple years, I've been dealing with some physical and mental health issues. I couldn't grapple with the battle of making music and the pressure of forcing a career I couldn't physically pursue at the time. I decided to step away for some time to let myself recover and process. This song was originally recorded in June of 2024 which by that time, I had recovered enough to slowly build myself back into the creative process. All the elements of the song that you hear are from that time, which captures a moment in my story and how my expression of emotions. This song is very close to my heart, and it's one of the most vulnerable records lyrically that I've created. I'm excited to propel myself into this new era of my career as I start to hone in on my sound and what makes it unique. I hope you enjoy!
